Wonderful quiet villa set in a vibrant location. Close to laundry, warungs and Authorised money changers. A sanctuary after a busy hot day walking and shopping. It was fantastic jumping into our own private pool which was always cool and crystal clear. The room was always clean and tidy. The staff were always smiling, accomodating and happy to try and engage in a conversation, some with language barrier difficulties but always with a smile and a laugh. Kilo restaurant served a good variety of dishes for breakfast and quite happy to mix and match to suit our taste. Will certainly recommend Uma Sapna as a great place to stay.

From start to end, our 4D3N stay at Uma Sapna was nothing short of incredible. The team was exceptionally responsive, sincere, and went above and beyond to ensure my fiancée and I had a beautiful and stress-free experience. Every interaction felt personal — like they genuinely cared. The highlight was definitely the private in-villa candlelight dinner that came with the honeymoon package. The ambiance was dreamy, the food beautifully plated, and the effort put into decorating the space with flower petals and candles made it feel so special and intimate. The guitar & cake sweetened the night! The villa was clean, spacious, and quiet — perfect for couples looking for privacy with comfort. The bathtub filled with rose petals was a magical touch that added to the romance. Daily housekeeping was discreet and efficient, and the in-room amenities were well-stocked and high quality.

The property is very well kept. We have been to other villas and what was advertised wasn't really what we got. But here the furniture and facilities were well maintained. The architecture and layout of the villa was spacious and made us feel completely comfortable. Service was impeccable. The staff responded very quickly to our requests. They would come in two times a day to housekeep and also set up the rooms for bed. That was exceptional. The breakfast was by kilo kitchen. We enjoyed the selection of food items but it was not the best we had. It was still good, just not the best we have had in bali.

We liked the size of the room and pool area. The cleanliness of the room and all facilities exceeded our expectations and the grounds were always well maintained. The room is huge and was the perfect size for my partner and I, plus our 14 month old daughter who slept in a portacot and we still had space to move around. The shower was great with good heat and water pressure. The villa is located on a quiet street and we did not hear any noises from cars or people, other than the odd lot of fireworks in the distance each night. Reception always went above and beyond, cleaning/tidying the room twice a day and spraying for mosquitos.
