I celebrated my wife's birthday at this resort and the staff arranged all concierge services for me including flowers,balloons and cake Even recommend clubs to go to party. I was amazed by their dedication and attention to details. They even helped make the birthday a surprise. I was absolutely touched and my wife was in tears as she was in joy.speacial thanks to Rita & holil for your exceptional service. The concierge is done on WhatsApp so I just have to msg what I wanted example bfast in the private villa pool. All items listed in the photos are the same or even better actually.i was blown away. I will surely return here and sad that I didn't have more time to stay here.

The security staff really stood out to us. They were delightful and always chatted asking how we were and what our plans were etc. in a friendly and genuine manner. They were also great at helping us cross the road safely! The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed having our own garden and pool. The table and chairs were shaded which was great. We appreciated the bottled water and nightly mosquito treatment. The guest lounge was handy when waiting on our airport pick up.

Staff were amazing, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The 24-hour service/security put us at ease during the stay. The property was beautiful, and the rooms were large, clean, and modern. The private pool is larger than other hotels I'd stayed at Breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and traditional dishes done to a high standard. Kilo restaurant lovely as a whole. Everthing about this resort was amazing. from the fantastic breakfast to the size and layout of the One bedroom king villa. We also loved how the airconditioned bedroom was enclosed with the shower and toilet...No mosquitoes!! pool was big 10 metres by 3 metres and wonderful refreshing!! Staff were accomodating and nothing to hard to fix if you had a problem. Close to some amazing reasonable priced restaurants. including 100 metres to the Hibiscus Restaurant and 300 metes to a lovely Mexican Restauarnt. Go for the King villa if you can its got space comfort and just so nice. we looked at 6 other vialla Resorts close to the Uma Sapna which were over 9 rated on booking.com but this was by far the best Resort of them all. Beautiful villa that was super clean and comfortable in a gorgeous setting. Staff were so lovely, made sure everything was perfect for us, the location was so central but our oasis of a villa was extremely quiet and peaceful, which was bliss to return to each day. Kilo kitchen breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the restaurant such a beautiful setting. Could not fault this amazing accommodation. Highly recommend.
