I celebrated my wife's birthday at this resort and the staff arranged all concierge services for me including flowers,balloons and cake Even recommend clubs to go to party. I was amazed by their dedication and attention to details. They even helped make the birthday a surprise. I was absolutely touched and my wife was in tears as she was in joy.speacial thanks to Rita & holil for your exceptional service. The concierge is done on WhatsApp so I just have to msg what I wanted example bfast in the private villa pool. All items listed in the photos are the same or even better actually.i was blown away. I will surely return here and sad that I didn't have more time to stay here.

From start to end, our 4D3N stay at Uma Sapna was nothing short of incredible. The team was exceptionally responsive, sincere, and went above and beyond to ensure my fiancée and I had a beautiful and stress-free experience. Every interaction felt personal — like they genuinely cared. The highlight was definitely the private in-villa candlelight dinner that came with the honeymoon package. The ambiance was dreamy, the food beautifully plated, and the effort put into decorating the space with flower petals and candles made it feel so special and intimate. The guitar & cake sweetened the night! The villa was clean, spacious, and quiet — perfect for couples looking for privacy with comfort. The bathtub filled with rose petals was a magical touch that added to the romance. Daily housekeeping was discreet and efficient, and the in-room amenities were well-stocked and high quality.

The property is very well kept. We have been to other villas and what was advertised wasn't really what we got. But here the furniture and facilities were well maintained. The architecture and layout of the villa was spacious and made us feel completely comfortable. Service was impeccable. The staff responded very quickly to our requests. They would come in two times a day to housekeep and also set up the rooms for bed. That was exceptional. The breakfast was by kilo kitchen. We enjoyed the selection of food items but it was not the best we had. It was still good, just not the best we have had in bali.

We liked the size of the room and pool area. The cleanliness of the room and all facilities exceeded our expectations and the grounds were always well maintained. The room is huge and was the perfect size for my partner and I, plus our 14 month old daughter who slept in a portacot and we still had space to move around. The shower was great with good heat and water pressure. The villa is located on a quiet street and we did not hear any noises from cars or people, other than the odd lot of fireworks in the distance each night. Reception always went above and beyond, cleaning/tidying the room twice a day and spraying for mosquitos.

Beautiful villa that was super clean and comfortable in a gorgeous setting. Staff were so lovely, made sure everything was perfect for us, the location was so central but our oasis of a villa was extremely quiet and peaceful, which was bliss to return to each day. Kilo kitchen breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the restaurant such a beautiful setting. Could not fault this amazing accommodation. Highly recommend.
